Returns & Eligibility
Have questions about a return? Please be advised that a return authorization number from our Customer Service department is mandatory prior to initiating any return. Eligibility for returns is determined at the discretion of Lodging Goods LLC. You may reach Customer Service at 800- 640-8126 or via email at [email protected] for further assistance. All items eligible for return must be sent back within 30 days from the date of purchase and should be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Returns that do not have prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
Authorized Returns may be processed within a period of 30 days. Returns will not be accepted beyond 30 days from the date of shipment. Please note that Authorized Returns are subject to a shipping and restocking fee ranging from 25% to 50%, depending on the specifics of the order.
Lodging Goods LLC holds the right to refuse a return.
