Payment Methods

Please note all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and assessments are not included in the current price and if not collected for out of state sale, buyer is responsible for any respective sales tax applicable. No tax exemption will be recognized unless a valid exemption certificate is provided. Tax is always collected in the state of California.

Shipping & Delivery

At Lodging Goods, we provide shipping services throughout the 48 contiguous states. We also accommodate projects on a global scale; however, certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions and cannot be dispatched internationally. We are open to collaborating with brokers and freight forwarders of your preference. It is important to be aware that international shipments may incur extra duties, taxes, or fees. Lodging Goods LLC disclaims any responsibility for damaged or missing items if the receiving freight forwarder does not adhere to our established policies. Any issues arising from the freight forwarder's location to the final destination are beyond our responsibility.

When you request a quote, we will provide you with an estimated shipping cost and lead time based on the availability of the items. Please be advised that due to the dimensions and weight of certain products, LTL or full truckload shipping may be necessary. Ancillary services, such as lift-gate, must be requested prior to finalizing your order.

We would like to emphasize that we only ship to commercial or physical residential addresses and cannot accommodate shipments to P.O. Boxes.

For palletized or LTL shipments, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Ensure that the piece count (number of boxes) on the Bill of Lading corresponds with the piece count on the delivery truck. If any pieces are missing, sign the delivery Bill of Lading as short and contact us while the driver is present. The driver is required to allow you time to verify the box count upon receipt.

Inspect for any damages during unloading. Document any damages or shortages on the driver's Bill of Lading immediately and retain a copy of the signed BOL. Capture photographs of the freight's condition upon arrival, especially if damaged, before opening. If any concealed damage is discovered after the driver departs, take photographs and reach out to us without delay.

Please be aware that any additional fees imposed by the freight carrier, such as re-delivery or address corrections, are the responsibility of the customer. Modifications to addresses after shipments have departed from the Lodging Goods warehouse will necessitate a reconsignment.

Returns

Have questions about a return? Please be advised that a return authorization number from our Customer Service department is mandatory prior to initiating any return. Eligibility for returns is determined at the discretion of Lodging Goods LLC. You may reach Customer Service at 800- 640-8126 or via email at [email protected] for further assistance. All items eligible for return must be sent back within 30 days from the date of purchase and should be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Returns that do not have prior authorization will not be accepted.
